Tibet has been referred as the Last Shangri-La; the forbidden Land and the roof of the world has been inaccessible to the outside world and remained closed for foreigners until recently. A mysterious land, a former Buddhist kingdom is now opened for the rest of the world to explore and witness the different faces of its history.

Tibet is a large land mass about as large as the total areas of Germany and France put together; covers 1.2 million sq. kms. The altitude remains about 4000 Meters on everage and boast of over 50 peaks that are above 7,000 meters…a true paradise for adventure lovers.

Tibet has been to the world more synonyms to Buddhism then adventure though. as the adventure activities are still not practiced at large then the cultural tours.

Lhasa is the spiritual and political capital of Tibet. Lhasa means in Tibetan "The land of gods". There are numerous scenic spots and historical attractions, among which Potala Palace, Nobulingka, Drepung Monastery, Sera Monastery, Ganden Monastery and Jokhang Temple being the most famous. Shigatse is the second biggest town in Tibet. Shigatse means in Tibetan "The Estate that fulfills one's Wishes ". Tashilhunpo Monastery is its major historic attraction. Mt. Kailas, the near-legendary mountain in western Tibet is holy to both Hinduism and Buddhism. People come from far away lands to perform a pilgrimage, one even circle the mountain on the stomach. The mountain is the source of four major Asian rivers.

The popular time of the year to visit Tibet is May through October. Most of our tours enters from Nepal with connectivity to Delhi. Should you require; the tours can start directly flight Shangai then to Tibet and exit same way or to Nepal and India.
