ABOUT THE TOUR

A rare combination tour of Himachal, showcasing the lower regions
Of Kangra valley and trespassing the last frontiers of the famous Tribal valley on Indo China old road. From lush greens to the barren from the valley of Gods and Hinduism to Tibetan Buddhism this is a long safari tour and a journey of lifetime.

ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation in bigger city are in 3-4 star category of hotels, while in the remote areas we use fixed camps, guest houses and smaller hotels where we make sure that you get clean rooms, hot bath after the long and dusty drives. Please check our inclusion sector to see that we have used the best available in those tribal areas. accomodation  
 
TRANSPORTATION
If the group size remains below 10 people then air-conditioned private car will be used at all the places with professional driver. If the group size reaches 11-15 then a mini air-conditioned luxury coach shall be used for all transpirations. transporation  
 
WHAT DOES THE TOUR PRICE INCLUDES:
  • Accommodation in Delhi in choice of hotel with breakfast.
  • Accommodation in Shimla, Manali Amristar and Dharamsala at mentioned hotel or similar with breakfast
  • Accommodation in Tribal Valley with all meals in choice of  Hotels / Guest Houses and Camps
  • Transportation  as per the itinerary by Scorpio/Gypsy/Sumo.
  • Train fare AC chair car with meals and refreshment, mineral water onboard.
  • Toy train ride
  • Tour escort.
  • Arrival and departure transfers at airports and railway staions with assistance
  • Any Inner-line permits applicable as per the regions.
  
 
THE TOUR PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDES:
  • International airfare
  • Government Service tax 4.9% on package
  • Medical and insurance of any kind.
  • Any expenses arising out of unforeseen circumstances like flight delay/cancellation, strike or any other natural calamities
  • Tips, laundry, liquors, wines, mineral water, telephone charges and items of personal nature.
  
 
BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS:
  • A tour can be booked in advance at least 30 days before the departure date
  • Booking will be accepted with an advance payment of 50% of the tour cost (Refundable as per the rules) and Euro 50 ooking charges (Only refundable/adjustable if tour taken)
  • 50% Balance will be required to paid in Delhi on arrival
  • Cancellation of a tour can be done 21 days prior to the tour with full refund. Less then 21 to 7 day 50% of the tour cost will be refunded.
  • Tour cancelled less then 7 days will not be refunded
  • Refunds will be done by bank transfer and the transfer charges will be paid by the client.
  • There will be no refund for services or part of it not utilized by the clients.
