ABOUT THE TOUR |

| This is a combination tour of Adventure and Cultural to this remote part of the world. The trek is mild and non technical; suitable for any age group and novice. This tour takes you deep in to the thrilling culture and religion of Ladakh. This place is regarded as the “ Little Tibet” and truly one can still find the ancient Tibetan Buddhism still practiced unchanged to the ancient times. This tour is supplemented with sightseeing in Delhi and visit to Agra, where you will see the famous Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. |

ACCOMMODATION |
|
|
Accommodation in Ladakh will be provided in the best available “A” category hotels.
All the meals will be served Hot Buffet and on the full-day-outings we take a packed lunch from the hotel. In Delhi and Agra a good hotel of 3-4 star category with breakfast is provided |

TRANSPORTATION |
|
|
| If the group size remains below 10 people then air-conditioned private car will be used at all the places with professional driver. If the group size reaches 11-15 then a mini air-conditioned luxury coach shall be used for all transpirations. |

- International airfare from Home to Delhi and back
- Insurance of any kind (Please arrange for your travel insurance from home country)
- Any visa fees or airport taxes
- Camera fees at monuments
- Tips
- Bar bill and laundry
- Expenses occurred due to unforeseen circumstance due to flight delays, road blockage,
accidents, political unrest, or any natural calamities

BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS: |
|
|
- A tour can be booked in advance at least 30 days before the departure date
- Booking will be accepted with an advance payment of 50% of the tour cost (Refundable as per the rules) and Euro 50 booking charges (Only refundable/adjustable if tour taken)
- 50% Balance will be required to paid in Delhi on arrival
- Cancellation of a tour can be done 21 days prior to the tour with full refund. Less then 21 to 7 day 50% of the tour cost will be refunded.
- Tour cancelled less then 7 days will not be refunded
- Refunds will be done by bank transfer and the transfer charges will be paid by the client.
- There will be no refund for services or part of it not utilized by the clients.
