Arrive Delhi from home at the Indira Gandhi International airport. Met by representative and transfer to hotel. Depending upon your flight timing today we might do an half day guided city tour. Dinner and overnight at hotel |

Delhi / Varanasi
Take the Indian Airlines flight to Varanasi in the morning at 10:05 Hrs. and reached Varanasi at 11:20. On arrival in Varanasi transfer to hotel. Post lunch leave for excursion to Sarnath. Dinner and overnight at hotel |

Varanasi:
Full day sightseeing of Varanasi city. Visit Bharat Mata Temple, Monkey Temple etc. Overnight at Hotel.. Dinner and overnight at hotel |

Varanasi / Bodhgaya ( 275 KMS / 07-08 HRS.)
Early morning , excursion to River Ganges and Boat Ride. Proceed to Bodhgaya. Bodhgaya in the state of Bihar , reckoned as the most important Buddhist pilgrimage centre, is the place where Lord Sakyamuni (Gautam Buddha) entered into meditation after being moved by the sufferings of mankind.. Bodhgaya.
Full day sightseeing of Bodhgaya including, the magnificent Maha Bodhi temple in Bodhgaya is an architectural amalgamation of many cultures. Dinner and overnight at hotel |

| Day 06: |
Bodhgaya.
Morning after breakfast excursion to Sarnath. Attractions at Sarnath include the Buddhist temple, Stupas, Archaeological museum and ancient ruins. Overnight at the hotel. |

| Day 07: |
Bodhgaya –Patna (Via Rajgir & Nalanda.) (165 KMS / 06 HRS)
Monring after breakfast drive from Bodhgaya to Patna via Rajgir and Nalanda. Overnight at the hotel.
Rajgir is a place of great significance for Buddhists and Jains. Lord Buddha spent 12 years at Rajgir and the first Buddhist council was held here. Sightseeing at Rajgir covers the Gridhakuta Hill, Bimbisara Jail and other Jain and Buddha monuments. From Rajgir you will be driven to Nalanda (14 km).
Nalanda was a great center of learning in ancient times. Nalanda was one of the greatest monastic universities of the ancient world. At Nalanda you will visit the ruins of the Nalanda University, temples and stupas. From Nalanda you will head for Patna (90km). |

| Day 08: |
Patna-Kushinagar (Via Vaishali) (290 KMS / 08-09 HRS)
Above is the last sermon Buddha preached in 543 BC when he arrived at Kushinagar. Three months earlier at Vaishali (Bihar) on the day of 'Magh Purnima', he declared his death & destined to exhale the last breath at Kushinagar. The cremation was done at 'Mukut Bandhan' (Rambhar) where 'Mallas` constructed a big stupa over the ashes. Later, Ashoka, the Great, renovated it. The Chineese travelers Fa Hien & Hieun Tsang have mentioned "Kushinara" in their Travel Memo. Kushinara continued to be living-city till the 12th century A.D. & was thereafter lost into oblivion. After extensive excavations main stupa was exposed in 1876 AD. In addition a 6.10 m long statue of reclining Buddha was discovered. Ven. Chandra Swami a Burmeese Monk, came to India in 1903 and made Mahaparinivana Temple into a living shrine. Overnight at the hotel. |

Lumbini-Sravasti (Via Kapilavastu) ( 290 KMS / 07 HRS)
After breakfast proceed to Sravasti. Entering in India again. On arrival sightseeing of Sravasti Situated 134 kms from Lucknow and 29 kms from Balrampur, Sravasti, the capital of the ancient kingdom of Kosala, has the honor for sheltering Buddha for 24 rainy seasons in the Jetvana Gardens. The city believed to be founded by the mythological king Sravast, has age-old stupas, majestic monasteries and several temples. Buddha is said to have performed some miracles here.
This holy place also has the famous Anand Bodhi tree, an offspring of the one, said to have been planted by Buddha's main disciple Anand. Overnight at Hotel in Sravasti Sravasti - The place of Miracles Overnight at the hotel. |

Saravasti-Lucknow (175 KMS / 05 HRS) - Delhi
Morning after breakfast drive from Saravasti to Lucknow and transfer to airport to board the flight to Delhi. On arrival in Delhi transfer to hotel, evening sightseeing of monuments of Delhi. Overnight at the hotel. |
